I think I've figured out what, besides the time change, has been causing me to feel like crapola in the mornings lately...

Because I've dropped to 1000-1200 calories a day... my glass of wine in the evenings?

It's turned from minor indulgence to major food group.

Damn. Not my wine!

I'm feeling all kinds of: shocked aghast

What's wrong with wine being a major food group?
My advice: drink more water. (This has helped me after nights of one glass of wine.)

Mostly just trying to drop some weight. I may stick to a low calorie diet, though, as it does seem to have an effect on longevity!
