I had nightmares last night. The sky was filled with fire and brimstone. I asked a neighbor(?) if a supervolcano had gone off, she replied no, it was due to an advancing army. Then one of my clients called me on my cell phone while I was in the library and accused me of cheating him.
I did not wake up happy. Ick.
Last night, Paul and I listened to the 1969 concept album Jesus Christ Superstar. I call it a concept album, because the album was released before a stage or film production was ever developed.
Man, what a classic that album is.
Yes, I still call them albums :)
Even if the production had come before the album, I don't think I could comfortably call it a "soundtrack"-- as a true rock opera, the album comprises the audio of the production in its entirety. There are no spoken words, the entire story is told in song.
Everything's alright now :)

I'm truly more of an alto than a mezzo/soprano... but I keep trying to extend my vocal range. I think I could possibly handle the role of Mary Magdalene if I practiced regularly.
My legs STILL hurt from Sunday. Dayam. So much for my big plans of making it to the gym this morning :/ Maybe I'll be up to it later this evening. In the meantime, I keep trying to stretch the offending muscle groups.
OK, more work to do. Later, gators :)
