"Any ladies from 15 to 50 out there who want to try to lose weight?
I'm currently accepting volunteers to try out the Hormonology Diet that's based on my book 28 Days: What Your Cycle Reveals about Your Love Life, Moods, and Potential. So far, I've lost 26 pounds in four months!
