Anywho, apologies if I missed Something Important in your life.
Improv on Saturday went OK. It was a comedy of errors: I was the first one there and had to set up all the chairs by myself, and the props and cashbox were dropped off at a cast member's house-- the same house she didn't stop at before coming to perform :P I really wasn't pleased with my performance... but an 82 year old lady and her 89 year old husband (I think that's right) came down to see the show to celebrate her birthday. That was worth sharing right there :)
Another happy moment-- the owners of the building at which we perform who were planning on closing next month (they're not making enough money) have decided to give it a go for another year. Hooray! I bought some tiramisu before the performance. To support them, you know. *cough*
In other news, I got my very first Christmas tree yesterday, and even decorated the house a little. I probably wouldn't have bothered if it weren't for M. I'm glad we did, though. It's beginning to look a little like Christmas :)
This next week is crunch week for the play. Not sure when/if I'll get cards out, or buy presents or Get Other Stuff Done... I'm not going to kick myself for not leading a Perfect Life. It's comical for me to even imagine leading one, really ;)
Big play coming up in two weeks, and none of us are off-book. Yikes. So I suspect I won't be here too often until after the new year. In the meantime, enjoy the holidays :) And if your particular holidays aren't coming up in the near future, enjoy the winter. And if you're in a part of the globe that isn't experiencing winter, have a great day. And if you can't have a great day because it's nighttime where you are, sweet dreams. And if you live halfway across the world and it's warm and nighttime and you don't sleep well, well, I really don't know what to tell you, but I hope you sleep better tomorrow night.
Wherever you are, and whatever you're doing, I wish you Much Wonderfulness. *hugs*
